If you are a certified agent – thank a trainer :)
Friday June 29th has officially been declared the 2nd Annual Trainer Appreciation Day!
Each one of us has spent countless hours with a trainer – a trainer worked with us to help show us how to succeed in our job, a trainer certified us, a trainer worked hours reviewing and perfecting the agenda and materials, a trainer dealt with all of the paperwork to adhere to all departmental needs, a trainer scored each written and oral test, a trainer supported us and answered our questions, a trainer had to deal with our nerves and fears, a trainer acted creatively when class wasn’t going as planned, a trainer worried about getting us our schedules and access and answers, and a trainer helped us find our potential and encouraged us to do our best.
A trainer is a professional, who plans, worries, creates, betters, advocates and helps to get you the updates and information you need to support you in your job – to help better each of us in our pursuit of call center excellence.
So if you are certified on a campaign – then congratulations on succeeding in training!!! – and please take a minute today to show your appreciation to a trainer who is working hard for you.
Thank you trainers for all of your hard work and dedication to NuComm International. Your efforts are truly appreciated and this day is for you!!!

NuComm International Trainer Appreciation Day - Notes from the trainers
Sheila Mae Apique (MNL)

Sure I am a trainer, but in my spare time I... am busy writing songs and learning the guitar. I am a rocker trainer!! I am making a difference. Because I practice "honesty" "dignity" and "respect" at all times. I want to be a role model to my trainees =)
puro tawa noh?
**serious mode**
thanks sa mga manager from Canada sa certificate and thank you letter na pinadala ;) saludos!
