HAPPY 2013

Starting your year right is really something challenging. Well, at least for my case, indeed challenging! First and foremost, this year is my final stretch being [late] 20’s and I can’t imagine myself turning 30 were all I can do is sing the whole alphabet just to know what letter comes next if I forget it. Lol!

I’m not rooting for something really dramatic or fancy, just acceptable is totally fine.

This 2013, I started a few things and hopefully I will be able to keep them not until this year is over but forever.

Living Healthy
Who says living healthy is expensive? *raise my hand in a bat of an eyelash* ME! Yes, you read that right, yours truly agrees on that. In some point, it’s pricier to eat healthy food rather than fast-food. But don’t get me wrong, the benefit will be awesome. Right now, you might think you are shedding moolah but in the long run, you are saving your bank account from getting a zero balance. For sure, you will live healthy and less sickness in the future, just take care of yourself. You know what I mean ;)

Keep Your Promises
Regardless if it’s a promise with yourself that you will wake up early, quit a bad habit, cut-down on your shopping expenses, less soda and more water and the list goes on. Whatever the pledge was, keep it and make it happen!

Quality Time
Spending much time with your loved ones is the BEST bonding time ever! Catching up what’s new, what’s happening is the world’s greatest stress reliever. I still live with my family but I find it very refreshing to bond with them during weekends. Even if I have a free time during weekdays despite the demand at work, still I make sure that I will tell my Mom how my day went, or simply talk anything that she would definitely wants to know (love life anyone?)

Keep an eye for SKIN
Naks! I’m a believer that clear skin radiates healthy body. I mean if you have a beautiful skin, you look glowing; you [still] look good even with lack of sleep. Drink plenty of water, eat green leafy veg and moisturize every single night. No matter how wasted you are, never-ever-ever-EVEEEEER go to bed without washing your face. Remove the make-up and apply the moisturizer suited for your skin type.
