one of the main ingredient on every call that each agent must posess. also, this is imperative to all of us who are currently working. hmmm... anu nga ba ito? teka lahat ng tao ba alam ito?
as for me, yes. alam na alam ko po ito. especially if you are working, you should have at least include this on your vocabulary :p during those days that i am still a student, i always make it a point not to be late or absent especially if exams are around the corner. i'm such a boring student! i listened to my profs and do all my homeworks and projects :) mahal kasi ang tuition, kaya ganun *pft*
as per merriam it means:
1. the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person (tayo yun!)
2. the following of a profession (as atheletics) for gain or livelihood
hmm.. bakit ba kasi yung iba wala pang encounter kay 'professionalism'?
but always make sure that you know the thin line between good and bad so that your status as a professional will not suffer :)
