after a very busy week, i forgot na my personal needs. ;p hehe. i just had my nails done and decided to try a hot red nail polish for a change. i really like the color and can't afford not to take a pix of it!

monday seems to be the boring day after a weekend off. your body and brain is still sleepy and groggy from the activities you had for the past two days. i admit that mondays seems to be the slooooowest day for me. no matter how many cups of coffee i drink, it's NOT effective.

boredom--is very contagious. my teammate jepoy asked this question thru email:

kasi horses are grazing herbivores. they graze almost continually when left in pastured areas, and the small stomach (only 8-15 litres capacity) is ideally designed for small, regular meals, as will happen when horses graze for long periods. syempre, horses are designed to consume large volumes of forage (roughage) and para ma obtain yung bulk ng energy intake from the breakdown of fibre and roughage into available energy, under normal circumstances. yung food kasi dumadaan sa stomach, madalas mga 15 mins and it progresses sa small intestine din. simple lang: naglalaway sila pag sila ay ngumunguya at kumakain at normal na nilang ma produce ang 30 litres a day ng laway dahil they graze and chew fibrous materials (madalas). saliva is an acid buffer. meron syang high levels of bicarbonate and other alkaline buffers to neutralise the acid sa stomach, as well as to lubricate the food. to top this of, horses constantly produce stomach acid, even if the horse is not eating.
